My Events

( index.php?option=com_community&view=events&task=myevents ) .

Click Events tab located to the left of the bell icon on the Toolbar.

This is your main page for Events and will show the following, as applicable:

1. All Events ( index.php?option=com_community&view=events&task=display ) - This page show all events created in Jomsocial.
2. My Events ( index.php?option=com_community&view=events&task=myevents&userid=xxx ) - This page shows all of the user’s own events created by the user.
3. Pending Event Invitations ( index.php?option=com_community&view=events&task=myinvites&userid=xxx ) - This page is a list of events to which you have been invited.
4. Past Events ( index.php?option=com_community&view=events&task=pastevents ) - This page shows a list of events which have passed.
5. Search - Click this to display the Search form. Enter keywords to search for in Events.
6. Import ( index.php?option=com_community&view=events&task=import ) - This page helps you import Events from iCal
7. Create Event ( index.php?option=com_community&view=events&task=create ) - Opens a new page with a form to create a New Event.
8. Creation date ( index.php?option=com_community&view=events&task=myevents&sort=latest ) - Sorts the Events List of current page by the date & time of event creation from newer to older, i.e. most recent shown first.
9. Upcoming ( index.php?option=com_community&view=events&task=myevents&sort=startdate ) - Sorts the Events List of current page by the date & time of event creation from older to newer, i.e. soonest occurring shown first.

On the right side of this page is list of Pending Event Invitations.

1. Pending Event Invitations - This is a list of event invitations received and are awaiting the user’s response.
2. Click View all events at the bottom to show the full list.
